I've been away from Deviant for way too long.  I'd forgotten how much I missed it here!  I want to thank everyone who commented on or added any of my drawings and paintings to their faves while I was away.  I'm afraid it would have taken me forever to respond individually.  I'll try really hard to stay on top of that now I'm back.  If you take the time to acknowledge me, the least I can do is acknowledge you back.  I am happy to say that I have been quite productive while I was away and over the next few days I'll be updating my galleries with my newest stuff.  I discovered a new medium (well, new to ME), si

I don't know what it is about this time of year that gets my artistic inspiration going, but this seems to be when I end up producing most of my work.  I can't get the ideas and the desire to create art out of my head.  I go to bed at night wishing I had more time left in the day to paint or draw and it drives me kind of batty that I have to actually SLEEP!  Oh, then to make it even worse, I have to go to WORK Monday through Friday from 8-5.  I've been taking my art supplies with me and trying to paint a little during my lunch hour.  That hour goes by waaaaayyyy too fast!
